In this video Sensei has the kids performing round kicks without putting their legs down while holding onto a ballet bar. If you don't use a ballet bar, a wall works well: anyplace that can assist in balance. TIP: Sensei took a knee to explain the kick to a student. It's a good idea to come down to their level!
