10- Focus & Self-Control,Group Alphabet Game
Using brightly colored foam alphabet blocks and moving through letters every few seconds will hold their attention. When you get to a letter that is the start of a technique, like "p" for punch, use the letter and technique to reenforce the skill.

14-Focus & Self-Control, where will it stop?
Using a square hoop, Sensei moves the "target" around. When it stops the child has to do either a kick or a punch. You can easily use a target pad instead of a hoop.

15- Stretching & Warm-up,Pizza Stretching Drill
In this drill the kids sit in a circle with their legs stretched out and make a pizza pie! TIP: Using something familiar that kids love keeps their attention on the task at hand.

16-Focus & Self-control, keep it simple
At the very end of class Sensei has the kids quickly line-up and bow out. Then they give themselves a hand! If your style has a creed or meditation before or after the class, leave that out of your Little Eagles® classes. Close the class in 30 seconds or less.

Using a swimming pool toy that looks like a character from film, Sensei uses this for coordination drills. TIP: So many props for your Little Eagles® classes can be purchased at your local dollar store!

18-Focus & Self-control, pop the bubbles
Using a bubble wand to blow bubbles thrills kids! Use bubbles as punching or kicking targets. Then without warning or a countdown, tell them to go back to their spots. TIP: It's hard for kids to stop when they are having fun. Using bubbles means the fun stops when the teacher stops!

19-Balance & Coordination, walk the belt
Sensei lays down a white belt and tells the kids to walk only on the belt like it was a balance beam. Pretend the mat is lava and they might get burned if they fall off! TIP: Using your own imagination helps them to use their's!

Using regular swimming noodles for stretching drills.

21-Balance & Coordination, noodle jump
Using the noodle as a moving target for kids to jump over with both feet when they can. Then an added station - punches on the target (an x-ray sheet).
